How I got here.
My background combines marketing, technology, and systems thinking. Over the years I've worked with startups, agencies, ecommerce brands, service-based businesses, and growing companies that needed a more reliable way to communicate with customers.
The work has covered audience migration, email automation architecture, deliverability troubleshooting, campaign optimisation, responsive HTML email development, and large-scale subscriber management.
Projects like that reinforced something consistent across every engagement: successful email marketing isn't about flashy software. It's about building reliable systems that work consistently.

I don't start with templates. I start with questions. Most email marketing problems are not email problems — they're customer journey problems. Understanding how leads become customers, and how customers become repeat customers, comes first. The campaigns, automations, and workflows follow from that.
