5. No Inbox Placement or Deliverability Guarantee

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

• Quotes and Invoicing: Scope, deliverables, and fees are agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement. Invoices are payable according to the agreed milestone or upfront terms stated on the invoice.
• Marketplace Orders: Projects contracted through freelance platforms (such as Fiverr) are governed by the payment processing, milestone escrow, and cancellation mechanisms of that specific platform.
• Diagnostic Work Delivered: Deliverability audits and technical infrastructure assessments require substantial upfront manual analysis and diagnostic execution. Once diagnostic findings, audit reports, or configured DNS records have been delivered in accordance with agreed scope, fees are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property & License
